- Task Status Distribution: Visualize the overall split of all tasks Completed (51.08%), In Progress (29.25%), and Delayed (19.67%) using a pie chart that gives leadership an instant health check of the entire project portfolio at a glance.
- Task Detail Table: Drill into individual task records showing Project Name, Milestone Name, Task Name, Assigned To, Status, Progress %, and End Date, with colour coded status flags for Completed, Delayed, and In Progress tasks for quick escalation.
- Top 5 Employees by Tasks: Identify the five most active contributors Michael, John, David, James, and Olivia by total task count to recognize high performers and ensure workload is distributed fairly across the team.
