Understanding Versapay Payment Processor
A SuiteCommerce web store requires a payment processor, payment methods (with corresponding visuals), and a properly configured website setup record to successfully process online orders.
This article will emphasize the Versapay Payment Processor. Though multiple payment processors exist, Versapay is recognized as a frequently used option in modern NetSuite platforms.
Versapay Integration Steps
When working with a Versapay analyst, consider these two helpful requests:
“Could you confirm that the Versapay integration is connected to the correct SSP that the website will utilize?”
“Could you share any relevant Versapay documentation for integrating with NetSuite?”
Versapay should carry out the installation of necessary bundles, including the Versapay SuiteApp. Additionally, they should establish the Versapay Payment Processing Profile.
The Versapay bundle may not appear as activated in the extension manager, so the best method to verify its installation is to navigate: Customization > SuiteBundler > List. Search for Versapay; if correctly installed, it will display a green checkmark under Status.
To ensure that the SuiteApp is installed, go to Setup > Accounting > Payment Processing Profiles. If it has already been set up, the Add Profile button will appear, as depicted in the screenshot below.
Finally, choose the appropriate website in the Versapay Payment Processing Profile and confirm that the NetSuite bank accounts are correctly listed.
