A client was transitioning their sales team from NetSuite to Salesforce to reduce licensing costs.

However, the sales team still needed access to key NetSuite data, including:

Item records with inventory quantities by location
Invoices linked to sales orders (with printing capability)
Fulfillment details for shipment tracking

The initial plan was to create custom Salesforce objects and integrate the data using Boomi, but this required a large budget, lengthy development, and ongoing maintenance.
