Latest Features in NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)

latest features in netsuite analytics warehouse (nsaw)

NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) is a cloud-based data warehousing and analytics solution built specifically for NetSuite ERP users. It consolidates data from NetSuite and multiple external sources into a single, unified platform, enabling organizations to generate meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions with confidence. Recent 2025 releases, including the 25.R4.P5 update January 2026, have expanded NSAW’s capabilities with advanced data management features, AI-driven analytics, and enhanced integrations designed to elevate business intelligence. At Versich, we help NetSuite customers fully leverage the power of NetSuite Analytics Warehouse by aligning these ongoing platform enhancements with real-world business needs. Here are the latest NSAW Features:

  • AI Driven Insights

Advanced AI tools in NSAW automate pattern detection, forecasting, and outlier analysis, powering predictive apps for customer churn and stockouts. Auto Insights and Explain features reveal trends and drivers, such as expense overspend risks, helping leaders act proactively on sales forecasts and operational efficiencies. This allows businesses to customize ML models to align with KPIs, embedding AI directly into NetSuite dashboards for unified, real-time intelligence.

  • Data Augmentation Scripts

Data Augmentation Scripts (DAS) empowers data engineers, administrators, technical support teams, product managers, and business analysts to programmatically build organization- or industry-specific data pipelines with custom logic. It enables large-scale data augmentation, transformation, and loading of data into the Autonomous Data Warehouse associated with the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse instance. The system refreshes the data automatically when it runs the core pipeline, and you can extend existing entities with supplementary information as required for your business needs

  • Enhanced Data Integration Capabilities

The latest update introduces improved connectors for third-party applications. Businesses can now integrate data from Salesforce, Shopify, and more directly into NSAW. This expanded integration eliminates the need for external ETL processes, reducing data silos and enabling unified reporting across platforms.

  • KPI Builder Improvements

The upgraded KPI Builder offers drag and drop functionality for intuitive dashboard creation, with real time thresholds and role-based sharing across teams. New subject areas like Manufacturing Insights track metrics such as Perfect Work Orders and Yield across 17 dimensions, while tooltips detail every metric for quick understanding. These are configured for departmental needs, incorporating Frequent Data Refresh V2 for intraday updates on critical KPIs without downtime

  • Additional Method to Get Warehouse Refresh Statistics

NSAW has now provided additional methods to get warehouse refresh statistics. With this mechanism, you can get the following details using the refresh statistics tables in NSAW:

  • Summary of refresh requests.

  • Details of priority data published and refresh complete stages.

  • Factors that affected the refresh.

  • Details of tables that got refreshed for each request.

  • Interactive Visualization Updates

AI interactive visuals like sales funnels and financial summaries. Enhanced drill downs, filters, and custom themes ensure responsive performance on large datasets, with embeddable content in NetSuite for seamless workflows. Workbook Checkup optimizes queries, and Content Explorer catalogs shared assets for easy access.

  • Optimized Query Performance

Oracle's Autonomous Data Warehouse tuning delivers lightning-fast queries via Frequent Data Refresh V2, relative initial extracts (e.g., rolling 36 months), and priority datasets. Pipeline observability tracks refresh history, queues, and stats in real time, while full reloads run independently to handle peak loads effortlessly. These are leveraged for scalable analytics, ensuring sub-second reports even during high traffic periods.

  • Strengthened Data Security

NSAW bolsters protection with Configurable Security Context, OIDC/SAML SSO (including Google/Azure), and field level encryption for sensitive data. Comprehensive audit logs, user/group management in the UI, and sandbox validation before publishing maintain compliance. Bundle-based security migrations and multi-session logins help safeguard your data while enabling global, secure collaboration.

  • Schedule Reload of Data

The Warehouse Full Reload Schedule capability has been renamed as Reload Data Schedule. You can configure the load type, currently Full load, and schedule for data refreshes of individual functional areas and custom data configurations. See Schedule Reload of Data. This capability is available in a phased rollout.

  • Multi-Language and Global Support

Dashboards now support multi-language translations for reports and interfaces, ideal for distributed teams, alongside hierarchy views in NSAA Insights for global Income Statements. NSAW helps tailor these for international operations, combining new canvases like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay for cross-geography visibility.
