This indicates that something in the item setup is missing or incorrect, preventing it from showing on your site.
How to Resolve the Configuration Message
To fix this issue quickly, open the item record in NetSuite. Then, navigate to the "Custom" tab. Here, you’ll need to assign the correct “item option.” Once you've selected the appropriate option, this simple update should resolve the warning and allow the item to display correctly on your website.
Adding Item Options to Your SuiteCommerce Setup
Sometimes, the root cause is that the item options haven't been connected to your SuiteCommerce configuration. To address this, go to Commerce > Websites > Configuration, then choose your SuiteCommerce website from the list.
