When you enable NetSuite Analytics Warehouse in your account, the system automatically assigns the Data Warehouse Integrator role. This role can also be manually granted to other users as needed. Once assigned, the user will appear in the User Account for Data Transfer Credentials dropdown within the Analytics Warehouse configuration settings.
The Data Warehouse Integrator role provides read-only access to both standard and custom production data, ensuring secure data extraction for analytics purposes. Since this role is specifically designed for system-to-system integration, it cannot be used for direct user login.

To assign the Data Warehouse Integrator Role to users
- Log in to NetSuite with an administrator role.
- Go to Lists > Employees > Employees.
- Click Edit next to the employee you want to assign the Data Warehouse Integrator role to.
- Click the Access subtab.
- On the Roles subtab, select the Data Warehouse Integrator role from the list.
- Click Add.
- Click Save.
