Background The Client Challenge

Our client is a large Australian beverage manufacturer and distributor supplying supermarket chains, hospitality venues, and independent retailers across the Asia-Pacific region. The company manages a broad product portfolio spanning soft drinks, energy beverages, and premium water brands with operations covering manufacturing, supply chain, wholesale distribution, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels.

As the business expanded, the volume and complexity of data generated across its operations grew rapidly. Data from manufacturing, sales, distribution, e-commerce, finance, and external market sources was stored across multiple on-premises and cloud systems with no integration layer making enterprise-wide analysis slow, unreliable, and heavily dependent on manual processes.
