Our client is a UK-based provider of mobile diagnostic imaging services delivering X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiogram, EKG, and bone density testing to over 600 healthcare facilities including hospitals, care homes, and outpatient clinics across the United Kingdom.

As the company scaled its facility network, the need for structured performance reporting became critical both to improve internal operations and to meet the reporting requirements of the UK's National Health Service (NHS) and relevant regulatory bodies. The key challenges included:
