Our client runs a mobile diagnostic imaging operation across the UK, sending equipment and staff out to hospitals, care homes, and outpatient clinics rather than requiring patients to travel to a fixed site. Its service line covers everything from X-rays and ultrasounds to echocardiograms, EKGs, and bone density scans, delivered to more than 600 facilities nationwide.

As the facility network grew past 600 sites, the lack of structured reporting became a real operational and regulatory problem:
